VIOLINIST’S NEW DISC ALSO ONE OF AMAZON’S TOP 10 BEST-SELLERS AND #1 ITUNES CLASSICAL ALBUM FOLLOWING NATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO EXPOSURE!
International violin sensation David Garrett continues his domination of a variety of charts, including Billboard’s Classical Crossover and Classical Current Overall Charts respectively, itunes Classical Album Chart, and a spot in the Top 10 on Amazon.com’s Best-Sellers Chart. Garrett also continues to climb the Billboard New Artist Chart, moving from #7 to #6, and rising on the Top 200 Album Chart.
The virtuoso violinist’s increasing fan base comes as no surprise following two significant profiles on National Public Radio in the last two weeks. On June 15th, David chatted with host Robert Siegel on “All Things Considered,” and on June 10th, he was featured on “Here & Now,” in conversation with Robin Young. To hear both segments, click here:

June has proven to be an exciting time for the 27-year-old Garrett. “Live in Berlin,” his first PBS full-length special, has quickly become a proven smash, with over 600 television airings throughout the month of June across 80% of U.S. households. He recently appeared on the Today Show, which elicited actress Kirstie Alley to confess to her 40,000 Twitter followers; “My new crush is violin player David Garrett….”
Up next for David Garrett: a performance on the CBS Saturday Early Show “Second Cup Café,” on June 27th, People Magazine, and a nationwide tour this fall.
